For the second year in a row, we are excited to bring the essence of Nordic wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle to Bangkok with the Nordic Walk & Run 2025 at Benchakitti Park on 16 November.
Join the Nordic Ambassadors and our partners to kickstart your Saturday morning in the beautiful surroundings of Benjakitti Park. Participants can choose to run or walk either 5km or 10km. In the Nordic spirit, everyone is a winner because the goal is simply to move and stay active!
After the lap around the park you can enjoy post-run snacks in the Nordic Village where you can meet and learn more about our fantastic Nordic partners.

RUNNING DISTANCE
10K (2 rounds) / 5K (1 round) Starts at 07:00 am.
The running path will cover Benchakitti Park,
ensuring a beautiful and scenic run for all participants.
Please bring your own a water bottle from home.
This activity does not involve competition and medals.
This activity has no bib number.
Accident insurance for all participant.
Please wear an activity shirt to attend the event.
Fruit served after the finish line.
