Every step you take is for your own health. This process is a step towards helping seniors gain access to medical care. They will receive encouragement and warm care from the medical team and nurses. This activity will support the Bang Khun Thian Elderly Hospital to develop medical equipment and safety. Every step you take is the power of smiles for seniors throughout their lives.

Objectives

1. To support the Bang Khun Thian Elderly Hospital and promote activities of the Bangkok Pensioners Association and the Bangkok Pensioners Foundation.

2. To promote and support public relations efforts to encourage everyone to love exercise and recognize people who exercise in all forms, such as jeans and shops.

3. To encourage everyone to aspire and recognize the importance of health and participate in exercise whenever possible, easily through running.

4. To create and facilitate activities for various organizations, companies, and businesses participating in various activities, collaborating with each other through funding or frequent donations.

5. To support and encourage people to achieve good health in all four aspects, including physical, mental, and social well-being.

6. To support tourism in the Amazing Thailand Grand Tourism and Sport Year 2026, in line with government policy.

DISTANCE RUNNING

MINI MARATHON 10KM

Time Start 6 AM. (4 laps Around)

Entry fees 500 THB / Limited Paticipant 600 slot

Age Grouping for Competition

Age groups for the race are calculated by subtracting 2026 from the runner's birth year.

Walk-Run for Charity 2.5KM

Time Start 6 AM

Entry fees 500 THB / Limited Paticipant 600 slot

There is no competition for excellence.

RUNNING MAP

What runners will receive:

• The registration fee does not include postal delivery. For EMS delivery of your shirt and race bib, applicants must pay an additional 60 baht per person. Registration and payment must be made by January 5, 2026.
• For applicants who choose postal delivery, one envelope per runner will be sent individually. *We do not offer combined delivery for multiple runners. Delivery will begin January 18-20, 2026.
• Run registration may close before the deadline if the number of runners reaches the specified number.
• For safety, runners should wear a running shirt that is thin, lightweight, and breathable to prevent heatstroke. (Heatstroke click)

RACE ENTRY PACK COLLECTION

All runners who did not choose mail-order delivery must pick up their race shirt and race bib

on Saturday, January 24, 2026 (11AM - 6PM)

at the JOG&JOY dedicated counter at Lumphini Park.

Runners must present a photo of their ID card and their order number to the staff.

Representatives must present their own ID card and the runner's ID card.

CERTIFICATION OF PARTICIPATION

I certify that I am physically fit to compete in the category I have applied for, will abide by the competition rules, accept any injury that may occur while running, and waive any right to claim any damages from the organizers of the event and conference. I will provide photos or videos for publicity purposes without notice. The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
