I and my teammates are in good physical condition and free from any pre-existing medical conditions that would hinder or endanger our participation in the competition. We willingly agree to participate in the aforementioned competition and will not claim any compensation for any harm or injury to ourselves or our teammates, before or after the competition. I consent to the organizers using photographs or videos of myself and my teammates during the competition for promotional purposes. Furthermore, I am willing to provide proof of my age to the competition committee before receiving any awards. Click
