For the Third year in a row, were bringing the spirit of Nordic wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle to Bangkok at the Nordic Walk & Run 2025, happening 15 November at Benchakitti Park.

Run or walk 4.5 KM or 9 KM with the Nordic Ambassadors and our partners. In true Nordic spirit, everyones a winnerthe goal is simply to move and stay active!

After your lap around the park, enjoy post-run snacks and explore the Nordic Village, where you can connect with our fantastic Nordic partners.

I certify that I am physically fit to compete in the category I have applied for, will abide by the competition rules, accept any injury that may occur while running, and waive any right to claim any damages from the organizers of the event and conference. I will provide photos or videos for publicity purposes without notice. The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
