Finally drafting and considering the association's regulations. that have had many meetings It was successfully accomplished. It was resolved to promulgate the regulations of the association called "Thammasat University Graduate Association" and was registered as a legal entity with the National Cultural Council on June 21, 1954. The office was located at Thammasat University. Chanasongkram Subdistrict, Phra Nakhon District, Phra Nakhon Province Later, His Majesty graciously accepted the association. under royal patronage
Walking-running for health It is a good exercise for all ages and has gained widespread popularity. In promoting health to develop people, which are an important resource, to have good health, longevity, and also to save on medical expenses. Thammasat Association under royal patronage has seen such importance Therefore organized an activity Walk-run for charity The "Thailand International Half Marathon" took place from 2009 to 2018, a total of 9 times, and the event was canceled for 4 years (2020-2023) due to the COVID-19 epidemic crisis. This year Thammasat Association Under the Royal Patronage and Thammasat University Therefore, this running competition was organized. This is the 10th time that 2 fields have been raised on the same day and time:

Field 1. At Rama 8 Bridge, Bangkok (3 distance categories is half marathon, 10K and 5K)
Field 2. At Thammasat University, Rangsit (2 distance categories is 10K and 5K)

OBJECTIVES

To honor His Majesty. His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn His Majesty King Rama 10 His Majesty encourages people to exercise for good health.

To bring income to support social development in the areas of education, sports, and other useful things. To society and the nation

To promote and encourage the general public to exercise for health. and stay away from drugs

To stimulate the country's economy and tourism. Using international road running sports (Road Race) as a medium.

Because the roads within the university may be closed for running event.
